Our talent payroll department manages the payment of session fees (when work occurs) and residuals/usage (for the ongoing use of an actor’s performance and likeness) for union and nonunion actors, extras, voiceover artists, singers, and other performers in advertising content of all types in all media. As an administrative Employer of Record (EOR), we handle the details of paying talent classified as W-2 employees including wage calculations, withholding and remittance of employee payroll taxes and remittance of employer’s portion of the payroll tax, union benefit contributions, unemployment claims, coverage for workers’ compensation, and year-end W-2s.
