  • Controlled Permissions: Workflow Admins must hold skip permission before granting it to payroll accountants or approvers
  • Optional Comments: Project settings can require a comment when skipping approvers
  • Notifications: Skipped users receive batched email updates every 30 minutes with employee names and timecard links
  • Audit Trail: Timecard history logs skipped approvers, and permission grants are tracked in the audit log and visible in Reporting+
  • Payroll Protection: Payroll accountants cannot be skipped under any circumstances
